You'll be responsible for

Providing expert guidance and seamless optimisation of people systems tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Delivering exemplary customer service

Ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of people systems within the department.

Supporting functional analysis and testing

Collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and implementation partners to validate requirements and manage data migration.

HCM system administration experience

Proven experience in administering HCM systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
