About the job

The People Systems Analyst job is a fantastic opportunity to join the People Systems and Reporting team within the People and Wellbeing Division. This role is crucial for ensuring that people systems are reliable, efficient, and fit for purpose, ultimately supporting a positive employee experience across the University. Collaboration with stakeholders is key, as you will provide day-to-day support for HR systems and contribute to system and process improvements.

You'll be responsible for

🔧

Administering HR technology

Administering and providing expert technical support across the People & Wellbeing HR technology portfolio, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and effective service delivery.
⚙️

Managing upgrades

Managing PeopleTools and PUM upgrades; monitoring nightly batch processing, web servers, and Process Scheduler environments to maintain system security and operational stability.
🔍

Investigating system incidents

Investigating system incidents and resolving complex technical issues through structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis to improve system performance.

Key criteria

PeopleSoft administration experience

8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft 8.6x+ administration.
