The People Systems & Analytics Specialist is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of SafetyCulture's People & Culture function. This hands-on job involves owning the People tech stack from system configuration to data integrity, ensuring that leaders have access to the dashboards and reports they need every day. Collaboration is key, as you will partner closely with the People & Culture Engineer to maximize the potential of our people data and systems.
You'll be responsible for

Owning systems administration
Taking charge of the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of SafetyCulture’s People systems, ensuring they are accurate and well-governed.📊
Building reports and dashboards
Creating and maintaining People dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable workforce insights for leaders and stakeholders.🤝
Managing vendor relationships
Overseeing vendor relationships across the People tech stack, including contract renewals and performance management.Key criteria

HRIS administration experience
Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining HRIS platforms like HiBob.View
