You'll be responsible for

Leading Service Level Management

Lead and govern Service Level, Capacity & Performance, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery practices within an ITIL-aligned environment.
⚙️

Monitoring Service Performance

Monitor service performance, identify risks and trends, and deliver Service Improvement Plans to enhance outcomes.
📋

Engaging Stakeholders

Engage stakeholders, facilitate governance forums, and support audits while ensuring compliance with PSPF, ISM and contractual obligations.
