You'll be responsible for

Assisting residents with personal care tasks

Helping residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to ensure their comfort and dignity.

Supporting residents with mobility

Assisting residents in transferring from bed to chair and using mobility aids safely to promote independence.

Providing companionship and emotional support

Fostering a caring environment by being present and supportive to residents' emotional needs.

Skills you'll need

🎓

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support

A qualification that demonstrates your ability to provide personal care and support to individuals in aged care settings.

Aged Care First Aid and CPR Certification

Certification that ensures you are equipped to handle emergencies and provide first aid in aged care environments.

NDIS Clearance / Valid police check

A background check that ensures safety and security in working with vulnerable populations.
