You'll be responsible for

Assisting residents

Assist residents with daily activities according to their needs and choices, ensuring their comfort and dignity.

Observing and reporting

Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Nurse on shift, ensuring timely and appropriate care.

Supporting social activities

Plan and support residents with social and lifestyle activities within the home, promoting engagement and joy.

Key criteria

📜

Certificate III in Individual Support

Completed or studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support.

Aged care experience

Proven experience working in an aged care environment.
