This job is about joining a dedicated team of Personal Care Workers who make a positive difference in the lives of older Victorians. By providing compassionate, person-centred care, you will help clients maintain their independence and well-being in their own homes. You'll be responsible for

Providing personal care

Delivering person-centred personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, and social support to clients in their homes.

Supporting client participation

Assisting clients with shopping, transport to appointments, and community participation as needed.

Building relationships

Creating meaningful connections with older people to help them live safely and independently at home.

Key criteria

Certificate III in Individual Support

Possession of a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support.

Victorian Driver Licence

Current Victorian Driver Licence with reliable vehicle and insurance.
