Monitoring residents' conditions and communicating any changes to the Nurse on shift.

Planning social and lifestyle activities

Organizing and supporting residents in engaging activities within the home.

Key criteria

📜

Certificate III in Individual Support

Completed Cert III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing) or related qualification.

Demonstrated experience working in an aged care environment.
