You'll be responsible for

Following individualised Care Plans

Delivering care tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences as outlined in their Care Plan.

Supporting recreational activities

Engaging clients in community-based social and recreational activities to promote well-being and connection.

Key criteria

🧑‍⚕️

Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent

Possession of relevant qualification for personal care responsibilities.
