Working alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based therapy in Residential Aged Care.

Conducting care plan reviews

Regularly assessing and updating care plans to meet client needs.

Facilitating group-based active ageing services

Leading group activities aimed at promoting health and wellbeing among residents.
