You'll be responsible for

Delivering personalised therapy programs

Working alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based therapy in Residential Aged Care.

Conducting care plan reviews

Reviewing and updating care plans to ensure they meet the needs of residents.
👥

Facilitating group-based active ageing services

Leading group sessions aimed at promoting active ageing and wellbeing.
