You'll be responsible for

Providing functional assessments
Conducting assessments to determine clients' needs and develop tailored interventions in their homes.🛠️
Prescribing aids and equipment
Recommending necessary aids, equipment, and home modifications to support clients in achieving their goals.🤝
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Working alongside various healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.What we're looking for

Degree in Occupational Therapy
Possession of a relevant degree and AHPRA registration.View
🚗
Valid driver’s licence
Current licence and insured vehicle for client visits.View
🏥
Community or hospital OT experience
Experience in community or hospital settings preferred.View
