You'll be responsible for

Conducting assessments
Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalised care plans, and implement effective strategies to meet each client's unique needs.🏋️♂️
Designing exercise programs
Design both individual and group exercise programs to keep clients motivated and engaged to optimise their function and independence.🤝
Fostering collaboration
