Conducting care plan reviews

Regularly assessing and updating care plans to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Facilitating group-based active ageing services

Leading group activities that promote health and wellbeing among residents.

General AHPRA registration

Valid registration to practice as a Physiotherapist in Australia.

Demonstrated experience working in residential aged care settings.

Current driver’s licence

Valid licence and access to a vehicle for mobile work.
