You'll be responsible for

Evaluate clients’ physical function, mobility, and safety, identifying strengths, limitations, and opportunities to support independence and effective care within the home environment.📝
Designing care plans
Craft strategies that boost independence and enhance quality of life for clients.🤗
Collaborating with clients and families
Team up with clients, families, and colleagues for person-centred care and support.What we're looking for
🎓
Degree in Physiotherapy
Possession of a relevant degree for clinical practice.View

Current AHPRA registration
Valid registration to practice as a Physiotherapist.View

Valid Australian driver's licence
Necessary for travel to client homes.View
