You'll be responsible for

Supporting children and young people

Working as part of a multidisciplinary care team to support children, young people, and Foster Carers.
🏠

Providing in-home support

Holding a caseload and offering ongoing support and guidance to children and their Foster Carers.
🛠️

Coordinating trauma-informed supports

Using assessment and planning skills to coordinate strengths-based supports for children and carers.

🎓

Tertiary qualifications

Possession of relevant qualifications in social work or related fields.

Experience with families and children

Demonstrated experience working with families and children in community services.

Understanding of child protection

Proven understanding of Child Protection and Out of Home Care systems.
