Creating and updating project schedules in Primavera P6 to ensure the Malabar System Alliance stays on track.

Monitoring progress and identifying variances

Tracking project progress and flagging any discrepancies against the baseline schedule to mitigate risks.
📈

Preparing progress reports

Compiling and presenting progress reports for project and alliance leadership to keep everyone informed.
