Translating Movember's multi-year strategic priorities into a coherent annual business plan across pillars and functions.

Mapping interdependencies, assessing change impact, and running periodic business reviews to keep senior leadership informed.

Establishing reporting cadence

Establishing and maintaining tools, templates, and reporting cadence to make progress visible to the senior management team.

5+ years in strategy execution or change management.
