You'll be responsible for

Operating plant equipment

Playing a key role in the construction and maintenance of road infrastructure by operating a variety of large and complex plant equipment safely and efficiently.

Conducting safety inspections

Conducting pre-start safety inspections, carrying out basic plant maintenance, and maintaining accurate maintenance records to ensure all equipment remains safe and operational.
🤝

Collaborating with supervisors

Utilising established procedures and guidelines to resolve day-to-day operational issues and working closely with supervisors to address more complex challenges.

Key criteria

🔧

Civil construction experience

Demonstrated experience in civil construction or related fields.

Certificate III in Civil Construction

Possession of Certificate III or equivalent qualification.

Traffic control accreditation

Accredited in Traffic Control Plan implementation and work zone preparation.
