Shaping and advancing the strategic direction of Platform Engineering, ensuring platform roadmaps, automation capabilities, and platform choices align with organisational priorities and maximise technology investment.

Managing operations

Maintaining operational accountability by effectively managing people, financials, vendors and delivery processes, with clear ownership of platform services and their performance, availability, security, and functionality.
🔄

Driving continuous improvement

Driving continuous improvement of systems, standards and processes, adopting industry standards and best practices, and maintaining accurate and current documentation across platform services.
