Monitoring and analysing policy developments across relevant Commonwealth and State portfolios and assessing implications for services, clients and operations.

Undertaking structured research and analysis, including literature reviews, consultation input, and synthesis of internal and external data sources.

Preparing written products

Preparing high-quality written products such as briefs, submissions, discussion papers, options papers, presentations and stakeholder updates.
