You'll be responsible for

Business partnership

Serve as the key finance business partner to JLL Property Managers, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

Financial reporting

Deliver comprehensive financial reports for a diverse portfolio of assets, including month-end reporting with variance commentary to budget.
📝

Journal processing & reconciliations

Prepare and process journal entries, complete balance sheet reconciliations, and perform IFRS rent smoothing and incentive amortization calculations.

Financial reporting experience (2+ years)

Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Tertiary qualification in finance or accounting

Possession of a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

Commercial or retail property accounting experience

Experience in accounting specific to commercial or retail properties is advantageous.
