You'll be responsible for

Maintaining governance framework
Owning and maintaining ART’s delivery and portfolio governance framework, including standards, policies, tools, templates and training materials.📚
Providing guidance
Providing clear guidance to delivery teams on applying governance across predictive, iterative and agile delivery approaches.📊
Monitoring performance
Monitoring portfolio performance against agreed metrics, milestones and KPIs, producing high-quality reports for senior leaders, Program Boards and the ART Executive Team.Key criteria
