About the job

The Portfolio Reporting Analyst at Optus plays a vital role in the Billing and Credit function, providing analytical and reporting support to enhance customer onboarding and billing accuracy. This position empowers team members to translate complex data into actionable insights, driving improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency. Collaboration and a commitment to data integrity are at the heart of how the team works together.

You'll be responsible for

Supporting dashboard design

Support the design, build, automation, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and scorecards, ensuring alignment with best practice data visualisation standards.

Conducting analysis and forecasting

Assist in the development and delivery of analysis and forecasting outputs by preparing data, identifying trends, and highlighting risks and opportunities for escalation and discussion.
🤝

Collaborating with stakeholders

Partner with Billing & Payments stakeholders to support performance discussions, respond to ad hoc analytical requests, and provide timely insights to inform business decisions.
