You'll be responsible for

Developing the transformation roadmap
Maintaining the organisation-wide transformation roadmap, keeping it prioritised, accurate, strategic, and directly linked to value delivery.🔗
Managing dependencies
Establishing dependency and contention management methodologies as a foundational pillar of the new Transformation Management Office.🤝
Facilitating workshops
Facilitating workshops to resolve cross-portfolio conflicts, resource contention, and delivery risks before they escalate.Key criteria
