Driving business development

Drive business development activities, including client engagement, opportunity identification, proposal preparation, and strategic positioning to expand the organization’s presence in the ports and maritime market.

Overseeing project portfolios

Oversee project portfolios, resource planning, budgets, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations and business objectives.
