You'll be responsible for

Supporting customers post go-live

Providing support to customers after the implementation of the Charles River Investment Management Solution, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved.

Analyzing requirements

Analyzing and evaluating requirements issues while providing product expertise and guidance throughout the post go-live journey.
👩‍🏫

Training users

Educating customers on the methodologies and functionality provided by CRIMS, advising on best practices regarding implementation and operation.

5-10 years in financial solutions

Hands-on experience in implementing or supporting financial systems.
