Generating transgenic lines
Helping generate and maintain transgenic Arabidopsis lines containing GFP-based polarity reporters.📊
Documenting protein patterns
Documenting protein expression and localization patterns using live imaging and whole-mount immunolocalization.🧪
Conducting experiments
Helping devise and conduct fine-scale perturbation experiments to test regulatory hypotheses.Key criteria

PhD in relevant field
Possession of a PhD in plant cell, developmental, or molecular biology.View
