You'll be responsible for

Providing legal advice

Delivering written and verbal advice on the full range of employment law matters, including modern awards and enterprise agreements.

Drafting employment documents

Reviewing, drafting, and updating employment documents such as contracts of employment and policies.

Supervising junior lawyers

Overseeing junior and graduate lawyers in their day-to-day work, providing guidance and support.

Key criteria

6+ years of employment law experience

Demonstrated expertise in employment law from a reputable firm or in-house.
