You'll be responsible for

Recruiting and training
Recruiting, training, assessing and supporting Foster and Kinship Carers in line with Anglicare’s policies, frameworks and legislative requirements.🔍
Conducting assessments
Conducting thorough carer assessments and renewals, exploring strengths, vulnerabilities and support needs within the care environment.🤝
Providing support
Providing supervision, guidance and targeted support to carers, ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of children and young people in their care.Key criteria
📚
Degree in relevant field
Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or similar required.View
🛡️
Current Blue Card
Valid Working with Children Check essential for safeguarding.View
🚗
Current Queensland Driver Licence
Required for travel across Gold Coast region.View
