You'll be responsible for

🤝

Recruiting and supporting carers

Recruit, screen, assess and support Foster and Kinship Carers throughout the approval process.
📚

Delivering training programs

Deliver and coordinate training programs for prospective and existing carers.
🔍

Conducting assessments

Conduct comprehensive carer assessments and renewals to identify strengths, risks and support needs.

Key criteria

🎓

Degree in relevant field

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or similar required.

Current QLD driver's licence

Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle for travel within the region.

Current Paid Blue Card

Mandatory Blue Card for working with children and young people.
