You'll be responsible for

Recruiting and training
Recruit, train, assess and support Foster and Kinship Carers in line with Anglicare's policies, frameworks and legislative requirements.🔍
Conducting assessments
Conduct thorough carer assessments and renewals, exploring strengths, vulnerabilities and support needs within the care environment.🤝
Building relationships
Build and maintain positive relationships with carers and their families, promoting stability and wellbeing within placements.Key criteria
📚
Degree in relevant field
Possession of a degree in Social Work or similar field.View

Current Blue Card
Valid Working with Children Check for safeguarding responsibilities.View
🚗
Current Queensland Driver Licence
Valid licence for travel and support duties.View
