Providing support to applicants

Providing support to applicants applying for bail in the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Developing Cultural Referral Plans

Developing Cultural Referral Plans and providing information and referrals for ongoing support to external service providers and community agencies where appropriate.

Liaising with legal services

Liaising with legal services (duty or external), police prosecution and the court registry as required.

Relevant tertiary qualification

Possession of a degree in law, social work, or related field.
