The Pre-cast Concrete Factory Manufacturing Manager is a pivotal job that oversees all operational, production, and quality aspects of a pre-cast concrete manufacturing facility. This leadership opportunity is essential for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production that meets client specifications. You'll be responsible for

Planning and coordinating manufacturing processes

Being accountable for planning, directing, and coordinating all manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production of pre-cast concrete products.

Developing operational procedures

Developing and implementing operational procedures to maximize productivity and quality, while supervising daily production to meet project timelines, technical drawings, and client specifications.

Ensuring compliance with quality control

Strict compliance with quality control processes and industry standards such as AS 3850 and AS 3600, addressing non-conformances with corrective actions.
