Working with GPO SMEs and the Manager Change to design change management plans for the HSEC & E&P workstreams.

Supporting training programs

Partnering with the Manager Training to ensure training programs meet the needs of end users.

Tracking change progress

Tracking and reporting on change progress using agreed metrics and KPIs.
