About the job
An exciting opportunity exists to join the North Queensland Regional team as a Principal Advisor - Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL). This job plays a key part in advancing the region's multi-tiered system of support for student learning, wellbeing, and behaviour. As a member of a collaborative and skilled inter-disciplinary regional team, you will lead and support schools to embed evidence-based PBL practices, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.

Leading and supporting schools
Guiding schools to embed evidence-based PBL practices within a whole-school approach to behaviour.💪
Building capability
Enhancing schools' ability to implement inclusive practices with fidelity through coaching and professional development.🎓
Improving student outcomes
Contributing to the improvement of student engagement, wellbeing, and academic achievement across the region.Key criteria

Experience in Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL)
Demonstrated experience leading PBL initiatives in educational settings.View
