Building strong stakeholder relationships and shaping demand aligned to Exploration priorities.

Owning the integrated IS&T portfolio roadmap

Enabling clear governance, decision-making, and risk management.

Overseeing demand and execution

Managing financials and execution of the Exploration project portfolio to support robust investment outcomes.
