Providing technical coaching
Provide technical coaching and skills development to 45 Business Analysts across all capability levels, focusing on core BA skills.🔍
Conducting capability assessments
Conduct capability assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted coaching interventions, training materials, and workshops.🚀
Leading AI capability uplift
Lead the BA Practice’s AI capability uplift by designing and building AI-powered tools and workflow automations using Hollard-approved tools.Key criteria
