You'll be responsible for

Leading implementation projects

Lead or co-manage implementation projects for Charles River Development, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Providing client support

Act as a single point of contact for clients, maintaining ongoing communication and evaluating project status.

Interpreting workflow analysis

Interpret workflow analysis documents and convert them into specifications for CR IMS configuration, guiding best practices.
