Leading implementation delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of customer and large-scale e-invoicing implementations from discovery and scoping through go-live and hypercare, ensuring successful execution across business, technical, and compliance requirements.🔍
Driving customer discovery
Drive customer discovery and solution design by analysing business flows, transaction and document types, ERP landscapes, and O2C/P2P processes, while translating country-specific e-invoicing mandates into clear business and technical requirements.👨🏫
Providing technical oversight
Provide technical leadership across delivery projects by reviewing and validating key implementation deliverables, serving as the senior escalation point for complex issues, and driving high-quality, consistent delivery standards across multiple parallel engagements.Key criteria
