This job is about leading a dynamic HR team as a Principal HR Business Partner, where you will oversee the delivery of strategic and operational HR services to TIQ's domestic workforce. You'll be responsible for

Overseeing HR services

Overseeing the delivery of high-quality strategic and operational HR services to TIQ's domestic workforce while leading and developing a small team of HR professionals.

Partnering with leaders

Partnering with leaders to provide expert advice on complex people matters including workplace conflict, performance management, complaints and injury/illness cases.

Contributing to HR initiatives

Contributing to workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives, identifying emerging workforce risks and trends, and providing practical solutions aligned with organisational priorities and legislation.
