You'll be responsible for

Supporting Indigenous engagement

Supporting the implementation of Native Title, land use, and commercial agreements with Indigenous groups, ensuring compliance and building strong relationships.

Developing Reconciliation Action Plan

Supporting the development and execution of BHP’s RAP across Copper SA assets, influencing various functions to deliver local procurement and cultural awareness initiatives.

Advocating for Indigenous rights

Supporting the company’s Indigenous Advocacy approach in South Australia, positioning BHP as leaders in voice, treaty, and truth themes.
