Supervising compliance operations

Supervising, leading, and conducting proactive compliance operations to educate licence holders and traders on their rights and obligations to ensure compliance.

Providing expert advice

Providing expert advice to internal and external customers and stakeholders to maximise regulatory outcomes and reduce negative impact on customers.

Key criteria

Experience in investigations or audits

Substantial experience conducting investigations or audits of registered certifiers.

Understanding of the BDC Act and related compliance regulations.

Proven ability to prepare detailed investigation reports for decision-making.
