Contributing to structured, risk-based Project Execution Reviews and preparing test plans for planning and scheduling elements.

Identifying root causes of schedule forecast deterioration and working with project teams to shape recovery plans.

Engaging stakeholders

Building trusted relationships with project teams and senior stakeholders to communicate complex schedule issues.
