Collaborating with National Category Managers to deliver Private Label category strategies, including range, pricing, and innovation pipeline.

Leading product development

Overseeing the end-to-end development of Private Label products, ensuring alignment with commercial targets and quality standards.

Building supplier relationships

Managing strategic supplier relationships, including negotiation of cost and ongoing performance outcomes.

FMCG experience

5+ years of experience in FMCG product sourcing or development.

Demonstrated experience owning P&L performance and accountability.

Negotiation skills
