You'll be responsible for

Identifying private patients
Identifies private and compensable patients within the Bendigo Health Emergency Department and inpatient wards who are suitable for admission to St John of God Bendigo Hospital.🚑
Coordinating patient transfers
Works closely with clinicians and the Admissions Team to coordinate timely and seamless transfers of patients choosing to use their private health insurance.🔹
Providing information to patients
Ensures that all patients or their representatives have the necessary information to make informed decisions regarding their admissions and health insurance benefits.Key criteria

Registered Nurse qualification
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.View

Experience with private health insurance
