You'll be responsible for

Leading tax transactions

Each day brings variety and challenge, as you tackle complex tax transactions and advise on a diverse range of scenarios, from structuring investments to offering bespoke strategic tax guidance for Australia’s leading families.

Mentoring team members

You will play a pivotal role in mentoring and empowering a high-performing team, and modelling a positive, ambitious approach that inspires excellence.

Shaping strategic direction

Working closely with Partners, you’ll help shape the strategic direction of our practice and cultivate an inclusive, positive culture where everyone feels valued.

Skills you'll need

💼

Income tax experience

Prior income tax experience of at least 4 years at a Big 4, mid-tier professional or accounting services firm.
🎓

CA / Master’s of Taxation

CA / Master’s of Taxation or equivalent qualification.

Relationship building

Ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients.
