Managing processing plant performance

Overseeing the performance of the processing plant, tails delivery, and tailings deposition in accordance with safety, environmental, and production KPIs.

Coordinating with maintenance

Ensuring the Processing Supervisor is aware of maintenance requirements on shift and following up with the maintenance department for optimal productivity.
📊

Reporting plant performance

Providing daily reports of significant changes to the Processing Supervisor, Metallurgists, and Processing Superintendent to keep personnel informed.

3+ years mining experience

Demonstrated experience in the mining industry is essential.

Sound understanding of gold processing and plant management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and control systems.
