Analysing process data, reviewing data collection, and observing work practices to determine optimum state.🔧
Improving control systems
Working within an integrated operational team to prioritise maintenance and schedule activities to meet Bauxite supply chain goals.👩🏫
Coaching operations teams
Being visible in the field to coach operations teams on the critical processes of the Beneficiation Plant and uphold standards of operations.Key criteria
🎓
Chemical Process Engineering degree
Relevant degree with proven experience in production environments.View
