Focus on eliminating waste and loss according to the Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS) prioritization process using various tools and methodologies.đ
Implementing Run to Standard (R2S)
Oversee the implementation of R2S, including data collection, prioritization of losses, and problem-solving activities.đˇââď¸
Training line crews
Train line crews on technical standards and restoration of basic conditions to ensure stability and sustainability.Key criteria

2+ years in FMCG manufacturing
Experience in Process or Reliability Engineering roles is essential.View
